The Launch

Following years of learning, we are very excited to launch #Proud2bAdmin – An Administrative Movement. Energising, Connecting and Developing Administrative Professionals across healthcare. In April during National Administrative Professionals Day 24th April 2024, we proudly launch our first #Proud2bAdmin Network Proud2bAdmin@CNWL. Central and North West London trailblazing an administrative movement.

The Movement

Proud2bAdmin serves by energising, connecting, and developing Admin colleagues to deliver safe, quality services to the communities they serve.

20-25% of workforce within healthcare are admin professionals. Our call to action is for Admin professionals to be seen and recognised with parity as other profession in healthcare. Almost a quarter of an NHS Trust workforce is admin – let’s keep recognising that and investing and developing our administrative colleagues.

Trust Admin Networks

We are interested to support where professional identity and a sense of belonging are absent or low. It may be where we believe in raising the profile and developing people to strengthen knowledge, understanding, and influence. Proud2b intends to act as a social delivery mechanism towards enhancing the well-being of local populations, developing and investing in people, and improving the experience of health and care delivery.
