Proud2bOps is a partner to deliver the NHS IMPACT Operational Improvement Training - a national initiative commissioned by NHS England to equip frontline staff (Bands 6 to 8a or equivalent) with the tools and strategic thinking needed to drive operational excellence across the NHS. Why become a Proud2bOps Associate?

As an Associate, you’ll support operational and clinical leaders to grow their leadership capacity; be recognised as a delivery Associate on a large-scale national programme; and join a vibrant community of Associates, expanding your network and influence.

What will you deliver?

You’ll facilitate certain sessions from the NHS IMPACT curriculum,depending on your background, experience and availability. To support Associates to deliver training, we will offer dedicated Train the Trainer sessions and optional facilitation skills training. All teaching materials and logistics managed for you. You'll be allocated to sessions close to your location and you will be reimbursed for your time.

Who are we looking for?

At least 3 years’ experience in operational delivery and NHS leadership
Expertise in improvement, project management, and training others
Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of NHS IMPACT principles
