We’re excited to share that new Proud2bOps ‘Operational Excellence’ sessions are returning in March 2026!
These sessions spotlight real-world examples of operational improvement aligned with the six clinical pathways that feature in the NHS IMPACT operational improvement training: UEC, Cancer, Outpatients, Theatres, Mental Health, Diagnostics. They will also provide space for you to connect across your peer network, the sessions will help to bridge learning with practical, real-world application.
