When you join Proud2bOps, we collect some basic details about you - your name, email, organisation, job title, region and any optional Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) information you choose to share.
We use this information to:
- Manage your membership
- Send updates about network activity and events
- Understand who our members are so we can improve the network
- Produce anonymised reports (EDI data is always anonymised)
Our legal basis
We use your information because:
- It’s in our legitimate interests to run the network effectively
- You give consent for email updates and for sharing optional EDI information
- You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us
How we store and protect your data
We keep your information secure and only accessible to the Proud2b team. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep your information
We keep your details while you’re a member. If you leave, we delete your information within 12 months, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons. Your rights.
You can ask us to:
- See the information we hold
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information
- Withdraw your consent
